Re-evaluating my review after 2 years of usage. The app has some good features like tracking trip details, viewing live location of the cab, calling the driver, and submitting feedback about the trip. However the app is very slow and sometimes the phone app hangs (Android). The worst thing is when it hangs, it crashes the phone. There are other cab apps which work fluently like Uber, Ola. The team should optimise the app and fix performance and stability issues ASAP.

The process to take a simple last mile company shuttle has just been made complicated. Just a profile specific QR code and a single scan is more than enough. QR code scanning stuck on windshield and in sunlight is buggy, booked checkin not reflecting in drivers mobile, you can only take a shuttle only if you have booked a specific timed one and even though a earlier shuttle has space and available, you are not allowed to take it are all areas to improve

Really need an option for the driver to call via WhatsApp because many apartments in Bangalore don't have any network because of which WhatsApp call is the only option left for the residents, and since the GPS of the app also does not give accurate location, so WhatsApp call becomes the only option to contact the driver. Also please update the UI of the app to 21st century. It looks more like a college project built overnight instead of a professional app.
