This app is useless, I wasted so much time connecting to the cctv. It keeps requiring me a password even if I have already reset the device multiple times. I have to check my router and get the local ip address and then connect to nvr just to access it. I wasted so much time. Please fix this bug!!!

It only worked for me in wired connection because wireless always causing an error, I don't know if its cause on my phone compatibility or your app is not functioning correctly. I follow all the steps but it always saying "connection failed". Pls fix this issue.

Software support is not good and not accomodating, and no reaponse. Not working properly for s23 ultra. Cannot add cctv, the apps always shutting down. If able to add, the cctv device cna be viewed some times. But suddenly it will always appear offline. Not working also for iphone 11.
