Earlier version before the update was much better than the current one. We could access the back office from app itself, and now it redirects to the browser. Fund transfer interface was also better with payment status and transaction status within app. It was much more convenient before. Even the data for portfolio vs demat also showed but now it does not.

This app is worse than before the update. The portfolio often shows "No holdings at this moment" and I have to re-login. The technical view of any stock only shows support and resistance levels with no indicators. The support team needs to address these problems to make it user-friendly."

"Among all the services I've used, SMC's is the worst, and their customer service is even worse. For the past three days, I've been trying to log into my account, but despite entering the correct password, I can't access it. There's been no response or support from their side, and the service is completely unsatisfactory."
