How do you sign up? rMove® can only be used by people who are invited to participate in a study and requires a unique access code to log in. Just download the app, follow the instructions, answer your surveys, and rMove® takes care of the rest!

READ THE REVIEWS... LOTS OF FOLKS NOT GETTING THEIR GIFT CARDS. This app is clunky, sucks the life out off your battery, and not at all intuitive. Wanted to help our local transit folks with info (and get $30)... but a day and a half in (of a 7 day study) and it's not worth it. The data will be junk because it's super difficult to put in trips that the app misses, and the number of hours of frustrating work that I would put in to qualify for the $30 isn't worth it. Poor choice for this project.

My survey period hasn't even started yet and I'm already finding the notifications on this app to be way too aggressive. When battery saver is on I get a push notification at least once a minute, sometimes more, saying that it will interfere with trip collection. You know what will make it even harder? When my phone dies because of all these notifications! When battery saver turns on (automatically), it's for a reason (and had never stopped any other app's precise location tracking...)

Need a bulk trip delete option. GPS can't figure out where I am despite calibrating and having location accuracy on. So every minute, I jump on the map more than 100ft, despite my phone not moving from my desk. The app records ALL THE JUMPS. I legit have more than 100+ trips I need to manually delete and specify my phone was stationary. I also get a notification for each and every trip... The notification is helpful, but needs to be toned down in count. Husband has same phone, no issue lol
