Even 1 star is one too many! I had the old Ruralvia-app on my phone and tablet working great for about 10 years. After having being forced to download the new app on both devices the apps stopped working! I was told I had to unpair one of the devices 'because of security reasons'. But unpairing is impossible when you cannot get into the app! And the support telephone is useless, the operators are rude and cannot speak a word of English. And for this I do pay over a 100 EUR/year.

Shocking app, compulsory change from the previous version! Now can't access the app, cant verify any payments, won't accept my biometric access & using my personal data I still cant get access. Have been trying to order things online in a sale ( now finished) & cannot verify payments, thank you for costing us about 150 euro's in full cost purchases. What a ridiculous time to change apps & for one that's useless, I cannot now access my account via the Website either, & no communication!

Fraudulent app! My money was stolen after I began using this app a year ago, since then, I've not been able to use the app or internet banking. Nobody at the home branch or on customer service seems to help. Now I got notified from a different bank that I cannot use my phone number because someone else is using it - probably on this bank. Do you have a tie up with the frauds? How do they get notifications when I download the app? And you haven't been able to do anything for over a year.
