Does what it describes with no unnecessary additions. You can have two buttons (red v green) or one of the two (per device). One of the two is a buzzer sound while the other is a ringing bell. The only noteworthy problem I have is that there buzzer is easy to hear over the bell and there is no priority given to the first to be pressed. As a result, it seems very easy if you're judging to mistakenly think the buzzer was first even if it wasn't. Adjustments to remedy that would make it a 5/5.

We use this to replace the dead buzzers in various games, like Taboo. Loud enough to hear over a room full of people. ...there is one scenario where it'll lock up and keep buzzing, but killing the app fixes that.

Adds Make It Useless. The buzzer plays until you hit back, then if you hit back at the wrong time it continues to vibrate your phone until uninstalled.
