1. Gold Loan amount ranges from ₹ 20,000 to as per requirement/eligibility
2. Loan duration: 180 days to 365 days
3. Annual Gold Loan Interest rates (APR, Min to Max) : 8.88% - 24.00%
4. Processing Fee (Min to Max) : 0%-1%
5. Foreclosure Fee- Nil

Representative Example: If the loan amount is ₹100,000 and a customer from Mumbai selects Rupeek Rebate High Value scheme with interest rate 8.88% per annum; & if the customer pays only the interest every 30 days for the next 180 days, then the overall calculated interest payable would be ₹4440 only. A processing fee may be charged & would be 0.29% (Inclusive GST) of the loan amount & the amount of this fee would be ₹290. So, Total cost of the loan would be (Principal + Interest + Processing Fee): ₹1,04,730. The customers get the convenience to pay the principal balance anytime within 180 days tenure.

I think 1star also waste... It is the worst service in gold loan products; I paid the total gold loan amount 2 days back, and still I haven't received my gold, and they are saying your slot is booked for October 19th, which means around 20 days after I will receive my gold after full payment, and that is also not sure. No proper communication, no proper response. I made a big mistake to pledge here. It's the worst bank I've never seen in my entire life...

Inconvenient Loan Closure Process Another major drawback is the cumbersome loan closure process. After completing my EMIs and fulfilling all payment obligations, I expected a smooth loan closure. However, the reality was different. The process was time-consuming, requiring multiple follow-ups to confirm closure and retrieve my pledged gold. Even after clearing all dues, I experienced a delay in getting my gold back, which added to my frustration. Rupeek’s inefficiency in handling loan closures

Don't give proper customer services if calling for complaint still not taking any Complaints and only asking for register mobile number. Aren't helpfully at all facing alot of issues in renewing the loan and they only say will note down your feedback and will get back to us. But the issues aren't slove at all. Won't recommend any one to go with rupeek
