Can you give me an email address for support ? The video downloads don't play on the phone by default (avi unreadable). The Share option to say FB messenger throws an error. Is there any way round this? I was able to convert the files - but this was for an elderly relative that shouldn't need this much tech skill to view the captured files.

Just installed this app for my new TrailCam. Seems to work OK so far, but not used it in anger. Initially could not get it to successfully connect, as the Garmin Drive app was running in background. Once the penny dropped, I "Force Stopped" Drive, then successfully connected and dining room table tests completed successfully. Now to put it in the garden !

I use this app to connect to my trail cam. It worked for a few weeks.now it won't connect to the trail cam. The app closes out and the error message states there's a bug in the app. The point of buying this trail is to prevent having to bring the camera indoors everyday to check the images.
