Ratings and reviews

The customer service is very poor and unprofessional. Despite writing several emails, I have received no response. For each email, an automated reply is generated which assigns a new ticket ID with the assurance of getting back to us within 24 hours, but this never happens. On the rare occasion that they do reply, they ask for information that is already in their possession rather than providing the solution we asked for.

the app is not so user friendly, it always guides us to go for a higher price option and whenever we want to change to a lesser price option its add lots of extra confusion process with no clear instructions to where to proceed further (nevertheless the help desk was kind to guide through who tried their best to help but with no outcome)

I have been having a lot of trouble watching sony set Tv channel for past couple of years. I can't see or hear anything properly.Many times I complain in app but only technican visit option is advice .The first time we took the technician visit option, there charges is very high,they said only ₹250, and after that they came back home and charged an extra amount is ₹500. despite all this the problem started again 15d & even though we called them, they did not pick up or any response.
