Had to use this for house arrest. When it worked, it was great! Couldn't sign in one day and then the link in email after requesting new password does nothing. So far, tech support can do nothing about it. Now I have a Scram bracelet on for the remainder of time. Which in turn costs me twice as much each day.

I am not sure the developer will read all the reviews. I hope it's good if he/she can read. A basic App to track person during quarantine. Works better with Xiaomi mobile, but less help from messaging services (back office). During the first installation app was crashed and took time to reboot and reinstall. I doubt whether this app capable to serve its purpose.

App crashed during hotel quarantine have tried to reset the password 10 times now without success. System does not tell you if password has been updated or not. No help function or contact details. When searching on Web limited details outside the USA. System does not update password so cannot use.
