SecureLink Enterprise Approver allows users to manage Vendor Rep Approval requests and Application Access Requests on the go.

Notifications keep you informed of all requests in real time and requests are stored in the app for an Administrator user to manage as necessary.

All notifications can be sorted by the order in which they arrived, you may skip requests to make a decision later

You can provide comments with your approval or rejection to provide context for the requesting user.

Access can be set to reflect specific vendor access requirements in granular detail from hours and minutes, to days and weeks using the “Access Scheduler”.

Features include:
• Notifications of all pending approval requests
• “Access Scheduler” to set vendor rep access windows with granular detail
• Quickly shut off access with “Disable access now”
• Multi Factor security including fingerprint, PIN as well as username and password
