ServiceCore helps Septic, Grease and Portable companies to manage their entire business including customers, scheduling, and accounting with a single application.

Ratings and reviews

I have to take a picture multiple times to get it to upload. If the picture doesn't take I have to start completely over with the stop and do it again until it accepts the picture. Usually takes 3 or 4 times per stop to get it to upload the picture to the stop. To many bugs for this app to be beneficial. Takes me longer to do the stop in the app than it does to do the actual physical aspect of the stop.

The app recently updated and took away a few key features that we liked! You can no longer see how many stops you have completed and how many you have left without going to a different screen and it no longer tells you how many units are at your stop. Change it back and I'll give you five stars!

The app is working well. There are some bugs to work on, but overall, the benefits outweigh the minuses. They are always looking for ways to improve the software and take suggestions from users and then notify customers when the updates are made, that goes a long way! I look forward to growing and prospering our company with ServiceCore onboard.
