Ratings and reviews

Started working with this about a month ago, mandatory from our franchise corporate office, haven't worked with a software like this much, but it isn't very user friendly, programming seems to be done by some older school people not very up to date, seems like an app from when I was in high school in 2010, it's servers are over loaded so crashes alot. I'd definitely try another software if it was mandatory from corporate, seems they under bid on servers or picked off to much to handle.

Crashes and/or fails to load all the time. Apply card payment? Crash. New work order? Crash. Log in for the first time of the day? Crash. Actually manage to get your app to load your jobs for the day so you try to pull up a work order? Crash. This app used to be mostly functional with only a couple minor inconveniences here and there. But now it's almost unusable. This isn't limited to my device as I use this app on my Samsung phone and my work iPad. The one thing it's consistent at is crashing.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Every other time I try to open it (even if it's left open in the background) it kicks me off & tells me to "log in" but when I try to log in it gives me an error. The people who run the app have done absolutely nothing to fix it.
