Well, After I watch the first session in this app, there's a big amount of bugs here 1- Its too lazy to make account encrypted on mobiles only!, Make it also on pc, someone like me or anyone using pc is better in studying!!!! 2- videos are not always screen on display, which make any device automatically off 3- too laggy, and too much time to take a decision on it, like to put a coupon and apply it, too much time 4- really we need to make it on PC's, its better for any student, and for you!!

Good app, but why are you putting this stricked rules, I mean when I want to cast the session on my TV, only a black screen appears on the screen. Students who don't have a PC like me need this feature. You should allow casting on TVs, It will facilitate listening without destroying our eyes as a result of watching a session for more than 3 hours.

This app has the worst costumer support I've ever tried.I filed for a password change a couple of weeks ago, nothing. And it wouldn't let me add another account on this device so I tried deletingand redownloading it and then it just wouldn't work for like a week and a half only to have the same issues when it worked after last update. I then tried contacting customer support twice to tell them about the problemsandboth times the conversation ended without a text from eitherworkers whowereactive.
