Bad customer service. They haven't replied to my email voicing my concerns on tracking my order and it's been over more than a week since I purchased from here. I went on their socials and saw multiple people having the same problems. Please buy from somewhere else.

Customer service is garbage. 2 mins after placing my order, I noticed i forgot my Apt # I immediately started chatting, emailing and calling ( the phone would pick up then hang up) shapellx still mailed out my package missing the Apt # and didn't get back until over 2 days later. Of course the post office couldn't deliver without the Apt # and resent it back to Shapellx. Shapellx still has not resent my purchase with the corrected address and it has been 7 days

They never delivered my order. I contacted them about it, and the online customer service said they would resend it and update the tracking information. Waited one week, and they did nothing. This place is untrustworthy and stole money from me. At this point, I believe "people" who leave the good reviews are bots or people bought off by them.
