EACH QUESTION I ASKED RESULTED IN A MESSAGE : "Failure! Try again" These failures counted against my three free questions I shared the app via a link that was supposed to give me 10 additional questions, however I only got ONE extra, four in total. This was my request: 'search column a for all entries with the same unique name. look in column c for those item quantities. display the unique name found in column a in cell G1 and the sum of those quantities in cell H1.' Extremely disappointing.

In the chat for both the Generate Sheet and the Excel formula, I used the example formula provided (to split the text in cell A and multiply it by the difference between cells A3 and D4), but I received an error message that says, 'Failure. Try Again.' What could be the issue? I have the Pro version.

Oh, of course, I can totally use the app without a single dollar to my name! Who needs the pro version anyway? It's not like the description mentioned anything about having to cough up cash for access! What a delightful surprise to find out the hard way that everything fun comes at a price. How charming!
