unable to connect shelf watch app with driveline app on an Android phone. this is even after following every instruction given. I have uninstalled and reinstalled five times for each app. this does not work!! in

Designed by people who obviously do not do the work this app is designed for. Since i doubt any of my issues will be addressed I won't go into details beyond stating that taking the pictures required for this app is a pain. I've received 'category does not exist' error on multiple projects now and none of the instructions for fixing the error work and the page to report the issue from the app does not work either. I filled out the information and then the submit button on the page didn't work.

category doesn't exist. This is its current issue. using this for Kenvue,unable to get work done for this client/your client too. My app& shelfwatch work for one category (taking pictures). Go to the next category my app will take to SW, SW won't let me take pics, Category doesn't exist, can't continue with the client's work. I have sent it to our IT. I have screenshots of said issue. please advise on this issue. Tried several methods to remedy this to no avail.
