Worst Customer Support Experience ever. Charge is too much. Then I have to print out the online ticket to travel then what is the point booking online. There was a mistake on my ticket Date and Sohoz's Turtle Speed Customer Support took FOUR Long Hours to look into the problem still failed to give proper solution. Don't book from them unless you want to ruin your travel excitement šš¼

Nice and very helpful app. 1. Bug: every time I try for bKash transaction id verification, it says invalid contact number and fails. It happens if contact number starts with "013" but ok with other numbers. Please fix this bug. 2. Suggestion: for searching origin and destination city, it also should show my recent city as I frequently travel within these cities. Every time I have to type my city name again and again.

Even though the app is not that bad but their customer support is one of the worsts. I've bought bus tickets from a rural place once where printing options are not much available but insisted me to print the ticket. They asked me to go to bus stand for finding out the printing shops. If I would able to go to the bus stand in the first place then why would I even bother to buy the tickets online with extra charge!!! This is my last time using this app. Worst service ever.
