About this app
EDOHub is an internal logistics and communications system for teams of elections workers and observers.
Because elections involve teams of workers and observers, the underlying administrative issues can be complicated. Team managers must track team members and their respective levels of training, availability, physical locations and ability to travel to different sites in the field, hours worked, and issues encountered and resolved. EDOHub is a system for precisely those tasks. The app connects to a backend system administered by team leaders, and allows users to submit information to team leaders who, in turn, can use the information to schedule, monitor, and communicate with field workers in real time.
EDOHub is privately owned and operated and is not a governmental agency. EDOHub does not generate the information in the app. The information in the app is provided by EDOHub customers and their staff and volunteers, and such information is visible only to the app users approved by the EDOHub customer providing such information. In other words, when an EDOHub customer enters information into the app, that information is available only to the internal team of that EDOHub customer (i.e., not to the public or to other EDOHub customers).
Users consent to the terms of service, which strictly prohibit bad faith acts, unlawful discrimination, and any attempt to disrupt or undermine an election. Violations of the terms of service may result in a permanent ban from the EDOHub system.
