Service Tech, John #227, is the best tech Slomins has ever sent. There was faulty wiring and a bigger problem than I imagined just to get my outside camera working. John was on time, professional, efficient, and explained in detail everything he had to do to fix the problem. I would request him back if I had another issue; for he was, by far, outstanding.

The alarm service is great but the app needs improvement, I'm stuck in my room because the app won't load correctly otherwise I will set off my alarm if I don't disarm it. Get better developers please. Update 2/18/25- now the app is saying it's offline so I can't disarm it from the app. This is a mess.

It's very basic. Hiccups here and there. Desperately needs features to call for help in the app. Older people can get to the app quicker/easier than the touchpad in case they need help. There is also no bill pay there. Come on, guys, catch up!
