0 stars, this app and it's devices are completely unusable. We have baby monitor which did work, then months ago it was no longer able to connect to our network and hasn't since, we have verified that everything is as it's supposed to be regarding our network. Bought a new camera too and haven't been able to set it up whatsoever. Get another brand.

This app deserves 0 stars. It constantly disconnects and then won't reconnect unless I turn the camera off and on, sometimes that doesn't even make it work and when it is working the screen goes green. It freezes and you can only tell if you keep checking to see if the timer is ticking or not. This is a trash product and it needs to be fixed. Useless as a baby monitor, save yourself the time, worry and money and buy something else as I will have to.

Unless the app is always running, it loses connection within less than 30 seconds. You'll get 'Establishing encrypted channel', then it'll fail, affecting any other cameras. You have to force close the app before trying again; retry does nothing. Trying to send a command to your camera so clunky; sometimes, it doesn't process. And why can't I see the Wi-Fi signal strength from my device?
