- Send the set you think you have learned to the next Step 2
( DAILY ) and practice once a day, if after a few days you think you still remember the words,
send it to Step 3 ( WEEKLY ) and repeat it once a week.
- Continue the system in this way and discover the effect of repeating the same information with specific time gaps on permanent memory.
