I did the Android update on my phone and then my app wouldn't work. Have been trying for the last 4 days now to do the app update and still nothing. I even uninstalled it to try to reinstall and now absolutely nothing is happening. Just a message that the app is waiting to update. I've called the customer service line and they were no help. I told them every thg ring I had done and all they had me do was do the same steps over again.

After the update, they've completely screwed me and my family over. We can access any of our accounts and its definitely the accounts. Money is now getting pulled out of my account randomly and I cant track or access anything at all. Please, before you launch an update, perfect it before you screw anyone else over again. Especially when it's been going for a week with no change.

WAS a great app, now it's just taking up space. Might as well just go to ATMs and get card info. Not fun. After update (jan21) app says "failed loading presets" and won't let me continue, blocking me from seeing anything or even signing in. Even uninstalling doesn't fix it... Please fix! Still broken Feb 18 2025
