Ratings and reviews

Not bad but missing a lot and needs a dark mode. It gives you the basic help tickets but it's missing the other necessary sections like the knowledge base that techs need to reference. We end up having to log into to the website which defeats the purpose of the app altogether. It also doesn't show me notifications a lot of the time I find it about the tickets via email, I suspect that might be a battery optimisation issue more than an app issue. Please build a dark mode!!

Seems to be an android issue. My phones I've had 2 with this app. A Samsung and Google pixel when entering info to a ticket it hides behind the keyboard it doesn't show what I'm typing making it a hassle would love to see this change as my apple coworkers don't have this issue. I'll change my review to 5 stars once this is no longer a problem. My only other issue with the app is the back button closes the dang app but that I got used to quickly and doesn't effect me much

Truly is a terrible experience. Back button closes the app instead of backing out of a ticket. Tapping notifications doesn't take you to said ticket. Comment box doesn't shift up with the keyboard half the time, so you can't see what you're typing. Constantly gives errors when you do try and comment, forcing you to close the app and reopen.
