As a customer sales is ok because the company is getting business. The true colours start when you need after sale service. And i bought a car with spinny and my nightmare started after giving for service. Anyone looking to buy a car with spinny please lookout for other options as well because the after sales service is really worst to comparing to others . Just one AC complaint they are taking more than one month of time to resolve

My friend suggested that he sell the car through spinny, but he was wrong. I am facing a very bad experience. On 3rd March 2024, they partially completed transaction and held the amount for RC Transfer. But still, they are not transferring the RC and even terminate the HP on my vehicle. All the necessary documents are submitted as per requirement. Customer service is too bad. The person with whom I discuss my case is very rude. Don't go with spinny. Try to go with Cars24.

I'm writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Spinny's after-sales service. It's been six months since I purchased a car from Spinny, and I'm still waiting for the RC transfer to be completed. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me immense stress and inconvenience. The delay is causing a concern about legitimicay of car There is a possibility that car i purchased might be stolen. Prospective buyers i strongly advise you to reconsider using spinny.
