It's the best quality at the most economical rates, where you have option for premium products as well. Occassionally the fresh quality can be an issue but they have the best customer service which makes me come back to this app every time! I have a feedback - when there is smg from my order which cannot be deliveredI get notifications for the refund amount. But not what those items are!! struggle to figure out what was not delivered (need to manually go check against my orginal list).Send list

Not good. The app charges you twice for the delivery charges. I had placed an order and wanted to add some more items. The app said you can add without any delivery charges, however the additional items were captured as new order and additional separate delivery charges were charged. FYI, the time between the two orders was just about 4 - 5 minutes. I did raised it up with the customer support team but they just closed out the issue from their end without providing any resolution.

I have had a consistently poor experience with this service. There are high delivery charges, and many of my orders have arrived damaged or with missing items. Although I have submitted multiple requests for refunds, I have never received any. I am very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and resolution from their customer service.
