App is good but u need to look after the below too 1. Bonus credited doesn't show the min cart value on which it can be utilised 2. Delivery charges too high compared to others. U charge upto 116 for a minor distance too 3. Regarding your store - there are rodents roaming around freely. I understand it's normal to have them but they are all over the foodgrains section where the products are kept open for loose selling. One could smell the presence of them.

After downloading the app I got to know that it does not deliver in my location. App ask to change the location so I changed to office location that is in Kandivali still it says sorry we don't deliver here. Then I gave to more location 1 of Bandra East and Grant Road. Still Sorry we don't deliver. And its not going ahead... I don't want ot to deliver to my home... but I want to check out products available and its cost...

Good experience for providing best prices. But bad experience with customer care chat. They are asking for registered details while we are chatting from the app. We have to close the chat, note down the order# on paper as order# cannot be copied in app. I think this is a technical gap. In my case, when order is placed yesterday, it showed 'tomorrow' as delivery, today it showed again 'tomorrow' as delivery. Make sure to take screenshot when you place the order and customer care also asked for it
