Ratings and reviews

When it works, it's very simple and quick to refill and check statuses of prescriptions, but it glitches/freezes/is unusable at least 70% of the time. It's very frustrating. Update: I can no longer view all of my prescriptions, and I can only refill if I have the rx number. With every update, it's as if they are actively trying to make this app worse.

This app used to be very helpful. There was an option to refill your prescription from your past orders and an option to pay for prescriptions. Now, the only option that functions is the scan to refill. If you try to click something other than the scanner, nothing happens. It's very annoying. This has only made things more difficult because I need to call the pharmacy to ask for ones that I don't have the script number of to be refilled.

I spend thousands of dollars with Stop & Shop pharmacy each year. This app has frustrated me to the point I have transferred all my prescritions elsewhere! The app constantly locks up has frozen my phone and the support site does nothing. They say they're working on it and provide nothing. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Good riddance!
