Very Poor Experience – No Response to Repeated Complaints I purchased the Computer Awareness batch from Study IQ, and almost all the videos (except the Cyber Security one) have severe audio issues — the voice keeps cutting, making it very difficult to understand the lectures. I have raised this issue multiple times, but there has been no proper response or solution from the support team. It’s frustrating to invest money in a course and then get no help when genuine problems arise.

Very disappointed in its ui...the backward and forward button takes forever to show effect which is very time consuming and inconvenient. I dropped the message regarding this issue in the app rating survey as well but there hasn't been any action PS : not only have they not worked upon the previous problem but there is another problem where I can't log into my account and error msg says " can't log in since logged into some other device" when I have even uninstalled the app from the other devic

Earlier the faculty and the Teachers were very nice but now they have changed their faculty without any notice even the support team was very rude I remember contacting someone and he was like giving very rude replies and I was not even able to understand why. like it's not my problem it's your problem deal with it yourself then what's the point of support and help that they providing their apps and their websites.
