I live in Winnipeg and the app keeps defaulting to Toronto. I would like to set all my defaults as they do not change. And then search for best price in a given month. If you look at our travel history some years we have had to travel with other companies as we never successfully navigated the app. Travel from Winnipeg also seems to be overpriced any explanation would be appreciated.

Worked great at home. But as soon as i was out of the country it stopped working. Tried to sign in again, get a new profile, reset password, unlock account... everything just kept saying "try again later". For a week. Got home and surprise, no issues. Couldn't pull up shuttle information and qr codes, no signing into flights or any of the other reasons to actual USE the App. Awful.

Clunky. Like a poor mobile version of a website, not a well designed, optimized mobile app. Search and filter options are poor, despite device location access it never remembers your trip start location. My biggest issue is a lack of resort details in app and no links to the official resort website to get greater details. Save yourself the headache and use their website instead.
