shocking how bad this app is. and considering that British Airways use it to deliver refreshment vouchers to delayed passengers makes me deeply suspicious they do it deliberately to save money. On the very first go at trying it says I have reached my OTP limit and I should try again in 30mins. it still fails after that time and I have a plane to catch. terrible and the developers should be ashamed.

sent a voucher by BA as there was no food on board. app does not let me add the card anywhere or use it. waste of time

Never sends OPT code to create an account so I was unable to use the digital vouchers I was sent.
