I can't download my files to a new pc. The directories download but they are empty. I don't want to download all the files by themselves as will lose all the directory structures. On the app, I can't search by artist on the app, lots of the screenshots on the Web suggest you can but I don't have a search option. Once I have managed to get all my files back out of the BT cloud, I won't be using it again, which is a shame as it has the potential to be great.

Two step verification needs to be looked at. If you are not tech savvy and you need to find the message it sends you with the two step verification pin code you may need to navigate away from the app to find the sms. Once you then click back on the app it starts the process again. BT needs to look into this. Whilst it is no issue for myself others may struggle when toggling between applications

Very unreliable. Uploads and downloads often randomly stop but still take up space with no way of removing the junk data. App uses a HUGE amount of space which almost makes it pointless as I use it to keep space free on my phone. very, very poor. I'm paying for this service, too. I will be contacting for some money off my bill. UPDATE: Seems to have got more reliable however, still no search function that I can find and still takes up huge amounts of space. That is utterly baffling. Add search!
