First time using it: Good 1) order was processed correctly 2) loyalty reward/redemption is easier to understand Bad 1) It's ugly 2) The selection UI is not intuitive 3) loyalty points aren't earned as quickly went from 33% to 23% for next reward Overall, it performs the action I need but don't love the multiple steps required to select an item and then add to cart. Also, it's not clear if I can make an order at one location and another location in the same transaction.

This is the most aggravating app ever. Got a $3 credit which was cool. Then I tried to use it and we changed our minds on what we wanted. The app said to click the item to change or cancel it. Clicked and it wouldn't load the item, even after 20-30 minutes. We couldn't change anything we had in the cart. We could add to the cart, but couldn't change anything if it was in the cart already. Not a good app at all!!

Not to be harsh, but this app sucks. Not only does it barely function, it's near impossible to complete an order and if you do you've almost certainly been inconvenienced. Not only that, but this apps mere existence has eliminated the option of calling your specific location and actually efficiently ordering ahead. All around it's a major disappointment and should either be massively improved or removed altogether.
