SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
We believe financial security should be accessible to everyone, which is why you can always track shifts, add rotas, and see gross pay for free with wac. With a monthly or annual subscription, you can access additional features to streamline your organisation and track your hours whilst saving you time.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase

Don‘t forget!
wac is not a governed body and does not replace official advice from ACAS, Citizens’ Advice, HMRC, or legal professionals. While we aim to support hourly-paid workers with general guidance, our advice is based on publicly available information, and we always encourage consulting official sources for specific needs. We’re here to help you navigate your work life, but we can’t provide official or legal guidance.

The app was 5 Star until recently, easy to use and very helpful, but that changed with the addition of the subscription. I understand adding a premium option to keep the app running, but when you have to pay for multiple jobs, overtime and the payslip estimate and the track hours often doesn't work, it feels like they only care about making as much as they can.

Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it and would like to chat more about your issues, especially about track hours often not working. If you could please send us a screen recording on WhatsApp (Profile Icon > Contact Us) we can get to the bottom of this for you and improve the free version of the app.

Won't let me input my pay on payday, keeps saying "Next payday in 0 days" and the bills for this week are under "Bills due next pay period" for some reason... Edit: The constant reminder to subscribe to the premium is extremely annoying. It constantly pops up after every couple of clicks. An option to stop seeing the reminder for good would be ideal.

I've been using the app for a while now and it's been amazing until recently. The new premium has completely ruined the app. To continue using the app, I'm basically being forced into buying premium which is ridiculous and completely wrong. No estimated pay, or hours worked, or even seeing tax. When putting in shifts, you can't add breaks or holidays or even notes!

Thank you for your feedback. We introduced the premium plan on 20th March with a special family plan for all longtime users if you joined within the first 30 days. Apps cost money to keep running and we tried to keep this free, however, if we didn't introduce revenue now, we would have had to close WAC. Please contact us on Whatsapp to chat more.
