Very frustrating to use. Every second transaction freezes. I had my app updated, configured but still no improvement. Had my machine changed too by the company and it still freezes. The tap on phone never worked and still doesn't. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this using the Nedbank Pocket POS at all!

Brilliant App. So userfriendly. I got my Pocket POS from Wappoint. The app works great. Fast service and response from their staff. Makes life so much simpler. Amazed how technology can improve your business! Well done! I would recommend this to anyone out there that requires a simple solution for their business. Customers and clients love this app. It is paperless and clients love the fact that we can email them their slips. We can view the transaction history of the day without any issues.

Since i downloaded the new software, transactions either FAIL or an an error message comes up but worst it declines and the money comes through to my account. This however is not good for business. Nedbank needs to sort this problem out. Customers are getting frustrated and everyday time is being wasted trying to do a transaction. I did not have any problems beforw this new software. I even tried using data and not wifi but still declines. Very disappointed with nedbank.
