The TappBell Mobile app is the perfect complement for communicating with visitors to your building.
TappBell is installed in the front of the building. In the physical model using a vandal resistant cabinet and safety glass. In the virtual model using a plate with a printed QR code.
From the administration menu, an initial configuration of the floors, functional units and contacts of the owners who live in the building, country or gated community is made.
When a visitor approaches the front of the building, they select the desired floor plan and functional unit.
TappBell communicates through a high definition video call with the contacts of the functional unit.
TappBell is completely confidential, at no time does the visitor access their personal information.
The owner receives the video call on his mobile device and attends from anywhere in a simple and comfortable way, communicating with the visitor by audio and video.
