Ratings and reviews

awesome business model and service!...here are a few feedback for improvements; 1- allow users to setup recurring bookings without having to enter them one by one; 2- let users see how far away the nearest available cab is so users have an idea of how long wait times may be prior to the "call out"; 3- show completed booking too under the "Closed" tab...not only the cancelled ones and 4- there's a bug when the user clicks on the cabbie's pic while the status is "Call out" or "passenger on board".

Still can't rate my driver even after sending feedback about this issue multiple times... It gives me the option to rate everything else (cancelled / no show) except the ones that were actually good.

Surprisingly easy to use app. Courteous, pleasant and patient drivers. My kids love the free WiFi and tablet provided during their journey. Very competitive rates. Very Happy to see this level of service. A breath of fresh air.
