The tracking feature is horrible. The runner we were trying to follow was locked in one position for probably half an hour and then after working for a short while reverted her to the starting location. Completely worthless beyond showing the route map. We had planned to intercept her multiple times, but was only able to see her once. Even the locate me feature wouldn't work.

First of all the pros - it was easy to find my friend by name and setup tracking. That's it. The tracking screen only shows a graph of the distance and pace, but the distance legend shows miles even though the values are in Km!!! To see a runners progress through the course, they could have included a link or screen on the same tracking page instead of on a screen that just says "Map". The splits screen shows a combo of Km and miles and not in equal increments (smh).

Mildly helpful for seeing the route I guess...wasn't even available until a few days before, lagged a bunch with tracking our runner, and only a few CTA stations nearby were marked, so I had to use several apps at once to help me figure out where to go (really annoying when you're trying to track quickly in a race). When you zoom in on the map, it doesn't let you go far enough to see street names quite often. Thankfully our runner had downloaded a phone tracker app, which was much more accurate!
