Ratings and reviews

Absolutely terrible. The app will occasionally insist "an update is available" and push you to the Play Store page. There will be no update available. You will be unable to do ANYTHING in this app during these occurrences (this happens at least once a week). You will not be able to read or write messages, a huge flaw for a messaging app. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall the app. The fact that corporations are trusting this app to hold sensitive communication with clients is a JOKE.

I keep getting a banner telling me to update and I have updated. it's very annoying pops up mid texting, and then I have to start over again.

The app works as long as the service works. Customer service is terrible.
