About this app

During the lockdown, as I teach my son Mathematics I have always wished I have some automated ways of generating basic arithmetic questions. So I decided to put together a mobile application that generates Mathematical questions as his birthday gift.

The name of the app, "Okenwa" means "A great child". This game comes as a result of my experience teaching my child Mathematics.

This is a gift for every parent in this lockdown to get your children busy. The app does not require internet to work. It has a timer to keep the child focused.

"Okenwa" is a result of so many days of work. I hope parents can share with other parents.

Hello, I think the app is very good. Tons of questions. However, if you could kindly give the option of a timer, so that it could be adjusted accordingly to suit a kid since not all kids are the same. Thanks

Hi Okenwa. Good job, this is very encouraging and helpful not only for the kids, but also for parents. Nevertheless, could you please check Mixed (under Mixed), Set # 5? It was my first attempt, but looks challenging. Bravo.

This is a brilliant app for kids! However, I wish the BODMAS rules can be applied in the mixed questions as well as the timer adjustable to suit the individual needs of each child. Cheers!
