the worst app UI, the worst customer service and constantly gets things wrong. if you don't like something and you pressed "no X" in the selection there's 1/5 chance you'll get something you dont want. then you'd have to go jump through hoops with an ai bot , only to be told "an assistant will be with you shortly" and wait for 25 minutes. then you have to hear how all they can do is refund you 20% of the cost back, even though you can't eat 100% of the food it's best to avoid the deliveries.

The delivery fee of some restaurants differs between screens; The temporary code feature shows only nearby restaurants (why do I even need to choose a restaurant to get a temporary code?), and the list is not fully visible (cannot scroll to the end); The delivery fee is not always automatically added to the total order sum, you have to press the text field for it to appear. There are a lot more small bugs, and the general experience is not very good.

Made an order for a simple dessert and supposably the restaurant had closed early while ordering, after ~5 minutes of looking at the tracker, it remained on the "receiving order" bar and didn't move, I tried to check what was happening with customer support and only got a response after a few minutes of me being frustrated due to not receiving my order yet, and saying how it seemed like it wasn't even made, received some pitiful 40 ILS (expires at the end of the month) as compensation.
