The app is okay. I'm paying for the subscription so I wish it could be better. I love the shows, seamless transition to the next episode. It's super easy to binge and that is nice. HOWEVER, it is sometimes difficult to search for shows. I also can't seem to click something without it auto playing the video when I just wanted some more info. I can be watching something and maybe I just want to browse other shows to see if I will watch it, the show I WAS watching will stop and this one pops up.

Been using this app on my phone only, and I'm not having too many issues. I think the search option can be improved by adding sub-filters, like Action, romance, fantasy, etc. It also takes a while to load sometimes, but is usually resolved by going back and clicking on the episode again in your watch list. Still new to this app, but I'm enjoying it so far.

Originally, I tried downloading Tencent video on my laptop. I can watch some dramas on my laptop, but many/most dramas require VIP access and you can't purchase it, because it is not allowed in this country (USA) However, conversely, I have no problem subscribing and paying for VIP access on my cell phone, and then use the "Cast" feature to watch on my TV using my Firestick. I don't know why I can't get it on my laptop, but at least the phone app works this way.
