Hi I had rated the app 2 stars earlier because of an issue with excessive data consumption. the problem hasn't been resolved yet but the team contacted me on the issue and assured of improvement so upgrading the rating to 4 stars for the efforts put in by the team . will further increase the rating to 5 once the issue is completely resolved . all other things are fine , the app is smooth and the teachers are really good .thanks for taking complaints seriously , not taking students for granted

Extremely laggy live classes. The ongoing classes get disconnected on the regular (2 have been disconnected at the time of posting this comment). I am using a 150 Mbps broadband connection and my internet was working fine when the classes disconnected. Cannot change from private chat to public chat. The teachers are absolutely top notch and so is their content, but the app is horrible when it comes to watching live and recorded classes. I request to please fix these bugs as soon as possibe.

I downloaded all the videos from the selection batch earlier and after the update it is not showing on the app and it only shows how much data it used for downloads. Also please make an offline interface better so that a person like me who has no recharges on the phone all the time, can use it after downloading from friend wifi, but overall aap is too good and also great interface so please work on an offline interface also, thanks for the quality batches at affordable price for 2 years.
