The app is not that great I can't even see my balance on my checking account. Honestly its super inconvenient and it should be working properly considering it's an app made to check the balance in your personal account. Everytime I try to log in it tells me to contact costumer service and that it doesn't recognize my user name or password. Make it make sense

App consistently doesn't work. The website is about the same so I can never check my account when I actually need to. When it does work it's great because it's simple. I just wish it would work more often. And the website needs major updating.
