Application doesn't work. Says incorrect password or username. Works fine if using a browser. West Plains management aware just didn't have a correction. Wish it worked but if it redirects to website, it's been having issues as well not pulling the Dutchie app menu. So it's a mess rn. The staff is A plus.

The new website is definitely an improvement. Since recreational has started it seems much busier but has not really caused much hassle or differencen in customer service. Several new employees have been added to the team to make up for the rise in sales. Altogether it's still a great place to shop and everyone is friendly and gets you the best deals 👍

It's a great concept. It would be nice to order in the app rather than being redirected to the website. The message center is nice. I would use it more if I could order from the app. It would also be nice if it showed med allotment like the old order website did.
