Welcome to the hive! Helper Hive allows caregivers to keep all of their visitation information in one place. From within the app you will be able to:

* View the details of your timesheets
* Confirm new timesheets
* View the statuses of your bank transfers
* Access your current customers’ information

The Helper Bees is a revolutionary model for senior in-home care. We match great, independent helpers with seniors who need care based upon personality, interests and experience. Seniors enjoy a higher quality of care with cost savings while the helper earns more than they would with a traditional agency. Our matchmaking technology makes this process very simple.

Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't always work. I find it frustrating. Difficult to navigate and get it working again. Makes my job more difficult. When your ready to clock out and end your day. You can't. And you don't need to know where I am at all times. Even off the clock.

This is the worst app I've ever used, but I have to use it to get paid. It takes forever to open, if at all, is frequently offline, I can't open the Help page, and I keep having to delete and re-install it because it won't recognize my username and/or password.

I tried all day to log into this app without success. This was a terrible experience for a person new to the app. I still haven't got in at this point.

What's new

We are excited to introduce a major overhaul of Helper Hive’s user interface and user experience (UI/UX). In this release, we have focused on enhancing the overall usability, aesthetics, and performance of the app.
