I'm finding that this app might be trash. i made an account online, but i can't login on the app. i even went back online and changed the password to make sure i hadn't forgotten or used a wrong password... still can't login in with the app even tho I logged in easily online... SMH UPDATE i clearly said that i can't even login with this app, someone from the company responded and said, if I'm looking for tickets go to the website. I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT TICKETS!!! This company is trash too

I'm having the same issue logging into my account despite having the correct username and password. I have no issue on desktop pc. I don't know what's wrong with these mobile apps.

Great for checking ticket counts on mobile. Only thing I wish it had is a box office feature.
