At first I was a little bit confused by how the app works but once you get it down it is pretty simple. I sent a email to the creator and they walked me through a step-by-step how to use the app.

Free version is useless. There is no extra feature than the already available photo watch face provided by Samsung on GW4

Once you figure it out, it's not too terrible but it's definitely not user friendly.
