If it was possible to give an app no stars and still leave a review, I would. I keep trying to gain access to my account, and it says I need my service password to continue, which I can only access through their website. I go to the website, and it says I need to authorize my account with the 2-step factor authorization process through the app. So, how can I do one if I don't have access to the other and vice versa? Not only that but their "24/7 Customer Service Hotline" is not 24/7 at all.

Absolutely terrible app. Right now trying to make calls and nada....TKS in general is pretty poor from a technology standpoint. Their app for firestick has never worked and I get little functionality from this android app. [Edited] Month's later, same old thing. Terrible app and no updates from the devs to resolve.

Don't waste your time. Worst app you could waste your time trying to download. App keeps telling me I have to enable it even though it is. Keeps saying wrong password even though it's correct. Cant do anything with your contract even though they told me I could change it around as I saw fit. Tks is just another company taking advantage of soldiers and civilians overseas. Absolute junk.
