Ratings and reviews

Great app with only two shortcomings. First, it would be great if you could manually select player order. Right now it is locked to alphabetical order for player names forcing players to either accept the turn order as alphabetical or to work around it by changing player names. Second, I'd like to see total score per turn displayed. E.g. if you throw a T20, D18, and a 4 I'd like to see 100 next to that turn. It would be extra fantastic for each turn value to be logged in game history.
