The apps graphics are a little off. Some of the writing gets cut off from the right side of the screen. Apart from that, this app is great. The shop itself is fantastic. Loads of offers, and even though they distribute globally, all their pricing is in American currency. Never the less, I ordered from here and got my order surprisingly quick for Australia, and the products themselves are really good quality. I ❤️ this store. I placed the first order for a Trulind bra through the website. It arrived timely and is incredibly comfortable. So I decided to order 2 more bras and a tank top. Downloaded the app and the experience went downhill from there. 1. Sent it to the wrong address. it pulled an old address from PayPal. 2. Took almost a month to arrive 3. The sizing guide suggested the completely wrong sizes 4. the app couldn't generate a return slip and It's taken 5 days to get a return slip from your support team

Be extremely careful of accidental subscriptions in this app and website!! I somehow purchased a bra that is a subscription that comes every 3 months. I didn't even like the bra that much to begin with so why would I subscribe? then? I go in 3 months later trying to figure out where my order is and how to unsubscribe and I end up infinitely looping with the chat bot who just sends me to a link to their site. I still don't know how to cancel this.
